I really mean Happy 4th, but I am a little late. Doesn't matter. Thank you to everyone who served our Country! We wouldn't be the best country without you. I am so glad to celebrate our Nation with the best celebration ever...Fireworks! They were GREAT this year! And I mean GREAT!
We went camping up north this weekend. Thus the lack of posting for a couple of days. We had tons of fun. It was Ethan's first camping trip. 4 days may have been a little too much, but he'll get over it-I think he is a little spoiled right now :)
We did tell the family, and they are really happy for us. I just hope everything works out as planned. I also gave them this blog address!
I'll have pictures from this weekend posted sometime soon, I am really exhausted right now! I don't think I am going to tell my work for a little while. What would/did you do?

I'm glad you told your fam.
As to work...I'd wait until it was obvious I was showing before telling work. The only exception to this would be if I was puking my brains out and couldn't function right at work. Telling them at 3/4/5 monthsish leaves plenty of notice and less time for them to discriminate :).
Yay for telling the family! It so hard to not let a loss overshadow the excitement for this one.
I was a special case with work... I told them after my u/s at 6w2d. They had been so supportive with the molar and the miscarriage - and we had already talked about maternity leave and such - so I wasn't worried.
How do you think they will react? Whats your plan for after the baby is born?
I waited until I was past 12 weeks to tell my work, but told my immediate co-workers because I was sick a lot. Good luck with your decision...glad you had fun camping!
