some people suck! (continuation of stress sucks!)
So, Ethan and I decided to kidnap Ryan and take him out to bk for dinner. Yes, I know, very nutritious-don't judge me :-). So, apparently Ryan dropped $5 bucks from his pocket. I was going up for soda (again, don't judge LOL) and I turn around and this guy is picking up money from right below Ryan and walks away with it without Ryan noticing. Little did he know I was right there watching the whole thing as I am walking back to my table and I stop him and said "that is OUR money that my husband dropped" He says "NO, I found it" This went on for like 10 seconds, which seemed like 20 minutes, and I proceeded to rip the money right out of his hand and walk away steaming mad. He turns around and says something stupid (I don't really remember what it was) Something like "I didn't take your money" I said "yes, you did, it was right next to my husband and you didn't even bother to ask him if he dropped it even though it is VERY obvious that he did. AND my little boy is right here. I can't believe you would steal from a family with a child and try to deny that it was stealing!" I was shaking by now because I am not very good at confrontation. There was a cute little christian family there (I know they are christian because they prayed before their meal) and another couple who were totally on my side. Ryan didn't say a word, he just looked shocked at his hard-ass of a wife. All over $5 bucks! Well, that is hard-earned money away from our family, so i'm not going to let some loser liar steal from us! I am really surprised at myself I know it wasn't the biggest confrontation ever, but it was big for me.

Yikes! Sorry you are so stressed lately!
What an a-hole!! If money is in the middle of a parking lot you can pick it up, but seriously, right underneath someone? I'm glad you stood up like you did! Way to go!!
Sounds like something I would have done, but I would have thrown in some cuss words ;)
Oh! What an idiot! I'm so glad you caught him in the act, and maybe next time he sees money on the ground, he might think twice about just picking it up and walking away! You go girl! That guy deserved it! I wish you could have punched him in the face!
I so totally hate confrontation, too. I don't even know if I could have done what you did! You said just the right things to that man! I hope you set him straight! Wow! You are my hero! I hope I can be brave like you!
