Our day

I am so exhausted after a long day outside. We had a nice walk with our playdate buddies, then we played at the playground for a while. After lunch, we went to the local floral shop and bought tons of flowers for our moms to plant in their gardens. We had so much fun looking at all of the fun flowers and the smells! I had asked Ethan to hold a plant for a couple of minutes and he went on to tell me that it is too dirty and he had to put it down. What?! He's almost 3, not 40! After all of that, we went home to take a nap. He slept for 2 1/2 hours, then we were off again to a local restaurant for a fundraiser dinner. It was so yummy! Then we went down to the beach (on the lake) and Ethan thought it would be fun to go swimming! Luckily, he only went in up to his knees before he realized that the water was kinda cold! He had a blast though!
